HOW TO SPECIFY
From catalog item to installed package.
The catalog shows what can be produced. Turning it into an order is a short, specific sequence — and knowing the sequence makes the difference between a package that arrives ready to install and one that arrives needing decisions.
1 · Shortlist what you need
Kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes, vanities, interior doors, wall panelling, loose furniture — pick the categories, not yet the finishes.
2 · Send dimensions
Rough room sizes, ceiling heights, appliance specifications and any awkward features. For renovations this should happen after rough work is set, not before.
3 · Choose materials in daylight
Veneer, laminate, lacquer and metal finishes are approved from physical samples. Screens render wood tone and sheen inaccurately, and every mismatch discovered on site traces back to a decision made on one.
4 · Approve drawings
We issue shop drawings for sign-off. Production begins after approval, and the start date, delivery window and installation support are stated in your order.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Ordering from the catalog.
Do catalog items come in standard sizes?
No. Everything is made to order, so dimensions, internal configuration, finishes and hardware are specified rather than chosen from fixed options. Standard sizes exist as starting points in many ranges, but the practical advantage of custom production is that units can be built to your actual openings instead of trimmed to fit them.
What are the lead time and warranty terms?
Maximum production lead time is up to 45 days, with the starting point and delivery arrangements specified in your order. Products carry an 8-year warranty, with maintenance support available for the life of the installation. All of it is written into the order documents rather than stated verbally.
Can I order a single room rather than a whole house?
Yes. Single kitchens, wardrobes or vanity packages are routine. Ordering more rooms together simply means finishes and profiles can be matched from the same production run, which is difficult to achieve later.
Do you install what you supply?
U.S. installation is arranged through the licensed construction and remodeling entities — KWA Home and MIT Construction — or coordinated with your own contractor for supply-only orders. Either way the millwork is installed, scribed and adjusted rather than simply delivered to the door.
How do I get prices?
Specification-dependent pricing follows from dimensions, materials and configuration — there is no meaningful list price for made-to-order work. Send your room list and rough sizes through the project enquiry and you will receive something real rather than a range wide enough to be useless.
