MADE TO ORDER, NOT OFF THE SHELF
What changes when it is built for your house.
One matched run
Coordinate veneer direction, color and sheen across kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes, vanities and doors using approved samples.
Dimensions that fit the room
Plan cabinet dimensions, fitting allowances and scribed edges around measured openings, including out-of-square walls.
Categories that share a language
Cabinetry, wardrobes, vanities, interior doors, wall panelling and storage can be detailed as one system. Shared profiles and hardware mean a house reads as designed rather than assembled.
Serviceable afterwards
Keep approved drawings and finish specifications available for future service inquiries. Replacement availability and any charges are confirmed when needed.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Ordering materials and furnishings.
Can I order materials without construction work?
Yes. Supply-only projects are common — designers, homeowners working with their own contractor, and people furnishing a new build all order packages without us touching the construction. Your order documents cover the supply scope only, and any separate U.S. construction work is agreed independently.
Can you match a finish from a sample or photo?
Often, yes. Bring a physical sample, a door front, or a clear photograph in daylight and we can quote a match for veneer, lacquer, laminate or hardware. Physical samples are considerably more reliable than screens, which rarely render wood tone or sheen accurately.
What counts as a whole-home package?
Whatever you want coordinated. Typically kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes and closet systems, vanities, interior doors, wall panelling and selected loose furniture, specified together so finishes and profiles agree. Smaller packages covering one or two rooms are equally workable.
How are lead times handled?
Winrun specifies a maximum product lead time of 45 days. Confirm the start date, shipping arrangements and delivery window in your order. This product lead time is separate from the U.S. construction schedule.
How do you handle damage in transit?
Photograph the packaging and affected items on arrival and contact the order coordinator promptly. The next steps, replacement arrangements and responsibility follow the delivery terms in your order.
