Winrun turns approved material selections and cabinet details into made-to-order products. Its role is to support the design and installation scope agreed with your U.S. team.
Winrun product terms apply. Lead-time start, delivery, warranty and maintenance scope are specified in your order; U.S. construction is agreed separately.

LICENSING & ACCOUNTABILITY
Who is responsible for what.
Two U.S. entities hold the work, and the split matters because it decides who answers for each stage of your project.
KWA Home — Class B #1145730
U.S. construction: new homes, ADUs, garage conversions and additions. Structural and site work falls under this licence, including everything that has to pass inspection before it is closed up.
MIT Construction — Class B #964155
U.S. remodeling: kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home renovation. The licence is stated on the project documentation so you are never guessing which entity is contracting which scope.
Winrun — production and supply
Custom cabinetry, wardrobes, vanities, doors and whole-home material packages, produced to approved shop drawings. Supply is contracted in its own terms, separate from U.S. construction scope.
Verify us yourself
California contractor licences can be checked independently on the Contractors State License Board website, where you can confirm licence status, classification, workers’ compensation coverage and any public record. Please do — any contractor worth hiring will encourage it rather than be offended by it.
HOW WE WORK
Things we will tell you straight.
We do not quote what we cannot see
A number produced from a phone description is a sales tool, not a price. Anything hidden behind existing surfaces gets documented as a change when it is exposed, priced, and agreed before work continues — we will not quietly absorb it and we will not surprise you with it.
We say no when it is not a fit
If your project is outside what we do well, or the timing does not work, we will tell you early rather than produce a bid designed to win the job and renegotiate later.
We put reliability ahead of reassurance
Schedules include inspection pauses and realistic lead times rather than best-case dates. A calendar you can plan around is more useful than one that sounds faster and slips every week.
Everything material goes in writing
Scope, exclusions, licence numbers, product lead times and payment schedule belong on paper before mobilization. Verbal assurances are how disputes start, and we would rather not have them.

Construction
KWA Home builds to the approved drawings and coordinates the construction scope. MIT Construction handles remodeling.
KWA Home is a licensed contractor, not an architecture or design firm. We do not offer architectural design to the public, stamp drawings or perform structural engineering.
